Support Agreements - zFTPServer Suite CPS

zFTPServer Suite Customer Priority Support packages allows businesses to use zFTPServer Suite as a secure business system for distributing and logging information streams. Take advantage of a powerful and free software for which your company can now have qualified troublefree support for business critical applications.

zFTPServer Suite Customer Priority Support provides your company with a variety of cost effective solutions including:

  • zFTPServer Suite Enterprise
  • Telephone support (english and swedish)
  • E-mail support (english and swedish)
  • Support via Remote Desctop/VNC
  • Priority bug fixes
  • Regular monitoring: response, upload, and download.
  • Immediate SMS warnings to one mobile phone included!
  • Prioritized help with setup and access configuration including firewall configuration and accounts management
  • Direct access to the zFTPServer Suite development team

In addition to this you become a prioritized customer to our other areas of expertize which includes software development, database construction, integration and optimization, online business systems, and development of programs for integrating zFTPServer with existing business systems.

General Terms and Conditions

All zFTPServer Suite CPS agreements between Västgöta-Data AB and any customers are regulated by a Swedish parts neutral standard agreement; the "General Terms and Conditions IT Services" developed by developed by the Association of the Swedish IT and Telecom Industry Ltd. All times are specified in Swedish time, GMT+1.

Support is charged for each started hour at an hourly rate of during office hours 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and is initiated no later than the next business day. Hourly rate is multiplied by 1.5 outside ordinary working hours after 6 a.m. and before 8 p.m. weekdays Monday to Friday. Following agreed overtime on other times the rate is multiplied by 2.0.

For our availability and regular monitoring the customer will pay a monthly fee paid in advance for each 3 month period. The agreement shall be valid continuously with notice of termination 3 months in advance.
